1. What we collect When you submit an inquiry or contact us, we collect: contact name, phone number, WeChat ID (optional), delivery address and any notes you provide. We do not collect: ID number, payment account details, contacts, photo gallery or location. 2. How we use it Your information is used only to communicate with you and fulfil the transaction: confirming requirements, quoting, arranging delivery and after-sales service. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except where required by law. 3. Storage and protection Phone numbers and WeChat IDs are stored encrypted and masked by default in the admin panel (for example 138****8888). Staff can view a full number only when necessary, and every view is logged. Inquiry and follow-up records are kept for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymised. 4. Your rights You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time.
